1. Provider

Reply Intern is provided by RADOM UG, Telemannstr. 2, 60323 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Support: support@reply-intern.com.

2. Service

Reply Intern helps businesses connect Google Business Profile locations, sync Google reviews, generate AI-assisted reply drafts, edit those drafts, post replies to Google when authorized, and receive review reports.

3. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for the connected Google Business Profile, the accuracy and legality of public replies, the choice of automation settings, and permissions granted to Reply Intern. AI-generated public replies may be posted automatically only when the customer enables the relevant location subscription and automation settings.

4. AI-assisted replies

Reply Intern uses AI to draft and rewrite review replies. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular customer situation. The customer must review settings and drafts where review is required. Reply Intern may refuse or limit generation that appears unlawful, abusive, or outside the service purpose.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed per subscribed Google location. A location can be subscribed while Reply Intern is paused for that location. Pausing stops normal review operations but does not automatically cancel billing. Billing changes are handled through Stripe.

6. Data Processing Addendum

For business customers that use Reply Intern to process Google review data, the Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into these terms. Reply Intern processes that review data only to provide the service, under the customer's documented instructions, unless law requires otherwise.

7. Data export, deletion, and retention

Logged-in users can download account data and request account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes the account, connected businesses, reviews, reply drafts, Google OAuth tokens, sessions, and local subscription records, unless legal retention obligations apply. Billing and payment records may remain with Stripe or in statutory records as required.

8. Availability and changes

Reply Intern may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, legal compliance, provider API changes, or service reliability. Google and Stripe availability can affect service operation.

9. Termination

Customers may stop using the service, disconnect Google, unsubscribe locations, or delete their account. Reply Intern may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or unlawful use.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, Reply Intern is liable only within the limits permitted by applicable law and is not responsible for the customer's unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate public replies.
